The practice of yoga develops awareness that leads one to a place of compassion with self and with others.
It is a multilevel experience that addresses the body, mind, and spirit. A regular yoga practice helps ease held tension in the body. It increases flexibility and strength. Yoga offers healing benefits of deeper breathing and it quiets the ego-driven mind. The blessings, conscious and unconscious, extend beyond the mat into all facets of your life.
Community and connection can be found within scheduled group classes, private or semi-private sessions.
